With the traditional energy shortage and the serious environmental problems energy consumption caused by,all countries pay more attention to the development and utilization of distributed renewable energy.The micro-grid is composed of distributed power and load,and they are accessed into the distribution network integrally.It avoids the distribution network directly connecting with distributed generation,which is large-scale,diverse,decentralized and unstable,so that the safety and reliability of distribution network can be improved.In order to ensure the safe operation of micro-grid,micro-grid must be monitored in any time.The monitoring scope of the monitoring system includes the distributed generation supply,the operation status of grid-connected inverter and the power quality of common connection point.And the monitoring system achieves data storage and management,in order to meet the complex requirements of micro-grid monitoring.In this paper,according to the micro-grid system being built in our school,a micro-grid monitoring system,including local monitoring,database management and remote monitoring,was designed based on LabVIEW and Access,which can provide reliable data for fault diagnosis and comprehensive evaluation of micro-grid.Local monitoring system was composed of data acquisition,status monitoring and fault recording.By using LabVIEW as the development platform,the producer and consumer mode was selected as the data processing mode to achieve the monitoring of distributed generation,grid-connected inverter and power quality.The database management system was developed based on Access database.It used the UDL to connect to the database,through the LabVIEW Database Connectivity Toolkit to achieve the database management and complete micro-grid's historical data storage.The TCP and UDP protocols were used to develop the remote monitoring system to achieve remote monitoring of micro-grid,file transmission and database remote access.Finally,the software testing verifies the accuracy of the test data,the system function and data transmission delay.The monitoring system developed in this paper has perfect monitoring function and friendly interactive interface.It has met the requirements of micro-grid monitoring The system has the advantages of short development cycle,strong expandability and high practical value.It is suitable for the future development of our school micro-grid system.
