As the traditional automobile energy and environment problem increasingly prominent,new energy vehicles rely on its advantage of environmental protection and use of renewable energy makes it increasingly become the focus of today's automobile industry development.However,with the development of new energy vehicles,auto test and measurement industry also got rapid development.The new energy automotive technology research can't depart from the support of testing technology,in order to ensure the performance stability you need to test the vehicle electrical system in detail.And in the face of increasingly complex new energy automobile electrical system,how to develop safe and reliable,high precision of the new energy automotive electrical testing system has become a key issue to be solved.In this paper,aiming at these problems,with the new energy automotive electrical system as the research object,basing on the LabVIEW development environment,we have developed a new energy vehicle electrical test system,which effectively solves the problem such as new energy automotive electrical system test.In this paper,the main research contents and innovative results are as follows:1.Through the research of new energy automobile test instrument,we need to divide test system module and introduce detailedly the function and composition of each module;Then we need to comprehend the vehicle electrical system test related specification and test method and to detect the state of on-board electrical signals and the car's temperature state of the key components to select the appropriate sensors and the connection mode and to evaluate comprehensively vehicle electrical state.2.According to the test requirements,we complete the overall architecture of the vehicle electrical test system design and signal processing unit;The system of innovation is that integrate with the wireless transmission module,which can realize zero medium signal transmission,that is to say that the test system can real-time collect and analyze automotive electrical signals through wireless transmission module,automatic generate reports and analysis;The realization of the function of the each module of the test system are studied,and we have developed the test system software based on the LabVIEW development environment.According to the different measurement requirements,the test system designed can choose different tones and acquisition boards,which realize the modular design of the system.3.This design completed the construction and commissioning of the vehicle electrical test system and performance verification;Real vehicle experiment was carried out using the test system,the test results show that the new energy automotive electrical test system can be stable and reliable operation,strong practicability,and the performance indicators meet the measurement requirements.
