The construction,dispatching,operation and management of regional power grid for smart grid are becoming more and more dependent on power communication network.The power information communication technology ensures the information interaction of the power grid,which is the basis for ensuring the high efficiency,reliability and security of power production,operation management,meeting and billing.The power communication network has become one of the support networks for smart grid development.The development of smart grid has promoted the increasing demand of the communication network,and the soft switching technology has gained people’s attention due to its flexibility in new business expansion and rich communication methods.Based on the analysis of the research of soft exchange technology and the current situation of Langfang communication network,this thesis sets up the soft exchange technology transformation scheme of Langfang administrative exchange network.Firstly,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the communication system theory.The advantages and disadvantages of inductive optical communication,power line carrier communication and wireless communication technology are summarized.Soft switching technology has powerful information fusion function and advantages in business development,which is one of the development directions of communication technology in smart power grid era.Secondly,this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the transmission network,business network and support network of Langfang power communication network and points out the problem of poor interoperability,high cost and low channel utilization of the current business network.The real time,security and reliability of transformation are proposed from the network development level.Lastly,based on the business demand analysis of Langfang power communication network,this thesis makes an administrative soft exchange system reform.According to the basic principles of unified planning and orderly implementation,the scheme is proved.A detailed design of the administrative soft switching system is carried out according to the specific scheme result,the overall design of the network structure,the soft switching system,the network topology,the basic configuration and the relay group network are carried out and a reliable relay system and user transition plan are developed.Soft switching system is an open function module system.The modified administrative switching system has low operating cost and strong business function,it provides reference for other business network’s technical transformation.
