There are many reservoirs in our country,and more than 98,000 reservoirs have been built.These reservoirs not only enhance the comprehensive flood control capacity of rivers,but also improve the level of water resources regulation.They have played a great role in flood control,irrigation,water supply,power generation and other aspects,and played an important role in safeguarding the national economic construction and farmland water conservancy construction.However,due to the long-term operation of the reservoir,there are aging,damage,natural erosion and other phenomena in the project,many reservoirs appear low flood control standards,which can not meet the norms,thus forming a large number of dangerous reservoirs,not only causing the reservoir can not operate normally,but also seriously threatening the safety of the people's lives and property downstream.Therefore,it is urgent to investigate and repair the problems and hidden dangers of water storage and reinforce the dangerous reservoirs.In this paper,based on the field investigation and data collection,combined with theoretical calculation and practical analysis,aiming at the problems of the main buildings of the Zhilan Reservoir,the design and study of the reinforcement of the dam are carried out from the following aspects: the small-sized dangerous reservoirs in China.The general situation of reinforcement,the analysis of the main dangerous problems existing in the reinforcement of Zhilan Reservoir,the brief analysis of the Hydrometeorology and engineering geology of Zhilan Reservoir,the check of the characteristic water level and flood control standard of Zhilan Reservoir,the analysis of seepage safety of Zhilan Reservoir,the analysis of structural stability and the corresponding reinforcement design,and the large scale of Zhilan Reservoir The hydrogeology and seepage stability required for the dam reinforcement scheme are calculated and analyzed comprehensively,which lays a scientific foundation for the rationality of the scheme and its final implementation.Engineering practice has proved that the regulation of dangerous reservoirs is sometimes more complex than the construction of a new dam.With the gradual aging of the dams built in the 1960 s,these dams need to be strengthened.The research results of this paper can provide some reference for other similar projects.
