Research On The Influence Factors And Risk Control Mechanism Of The Crew Members

The crew members are facing greater mental stress,bearing the higher psychological burden because of the job particularity.It may lead to the risk of mental health that directly affects the safety performance.This thesis analysises the crews mental health data with the grounded theory and stress-quality interaction model,founds the influence factors of the crew members mental health risk.It includes stress and emotional events,cognitive appraisal,coping style,psychological quality and support system.Based on mental health risk factors and the comprehensive risk management theory,this thesis constructs the crew members mental health risk evaluation index system,including three levels.The primary index is stress and emotional events,cognitive appraisal,coping behavior,psychological quality,support system;19 index in the second layer,53 index in the third layer.By using the expert scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to single sort the risk index and total arrangement,determines the weights and the influence of the order of the various indicators for the crew members mental health risk.The total ordering of the principles to the target layer is: support system,psychological quality,stress,coping styles,cognitive assessment and emotional events.The most important factors of the child criterion layer on the target layer are: personal support,organizational support,psychological barriers,work events,psychological tendency to control.The most important factors of the elements layer on the target layer is is: the psychological barrier,self-harmony,negative coping behavior,psychological intervention is not reasonable,self-regulation,psychological demand satisfaction,perceived organizational support,anxiety,personality,poor interpersonal relationship,high trait anxiety,negative mental control tendency,work pressure.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,constructing the crew members mental health risk assessment model.Giving an example with 3 crews from SF airline,through calculation,the condition of the crews psychological health risks is "safety","moderate risk","safety",then put forward the management suggestions.The thesis effectively identifies the civil crew members mental health risk factors,builds the mental health risk evaluation index system and a crew members mental health risk assessment model.It has the certain innovation.The research of this thesis laies the foundation for further studies in the crew members mental health risk,and provides the basis to the flight organization about crew mental health risk control.The research has certain theoretical and practical significance.
