| Gas turbine compressor unit is a key equipment in the gas pipeline,and the reliable,efficient and stable operation directly affects the safety and economy of gas pipeline operation.The research of gas turbine performance calculation model based on thermodynamic parameters and performance analysis is helpful to judge the operation state of the unit and arrange reasonably for the maintenance and repair work.Based on the above situation,the main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)According to the measurable parameters of RB211-24 G gas turbine used on gas pipeline compressor station,the performance calculation model for RB211-24 G gas turbine has been established.Compressor efficiency,combustor outlet temperature,turbine efficiency,output power and thermal efficiency of RB211-24 G can be calculated by the model.(2)Based on the established performance calculation model,the performance calculation program of RB211-24 G gas turbine is written by using MATLAB software.Compressor efficiency,turbine efficiency,low pressure compressor inlet mass flow rate and other performance parameters can be obtained by the test data from China Petroleum pipeline Langfang compressor group maintenance center.Comparing the performance parameters calculated by the program with the parameters calculated by the RB211-24 G gas turbine model established in GateCycle,the availability of the performance calculation model is verified.(3)Based on the test data,the performance of the main components including high and low pressure compressor,combustor,high and low pressure turbine is analyzed by using the performance calculation program of RB211-24 G.The effects of atmospheric temperature,atmospheric pressure,atmospheric humidity and load on the performance of the unit are analysed detailedly using the field data.The analysis results can provide reference for the performance analysis of gas turbine. |
