Research On Quality Management Of Super High Rise Building Project

With the rapid development of China’s economy, and constantly promote the process of urbanization, along with the development of the construction industry, new materials, new technology and the application of new technologies to promote the development of super high rise buildings. However, super high-rise building has a long construction period and is easy to be affected by the environment, therefore, based on the traditional management method can not make the quality management of super high-rise buildings to be met. Based on this, through the research on the quality management of super high-rise projects, to ensure the quality of super high-rise buildings to be guaranteed.Based on this, the main contents of this paper include: firstly, the significance of this study and research background are introduced; introduces the purpose of this paper;comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research status; overview for quality and quality management theory, analysis of the quality management process, the basic engineering construction projects construction quality management of construction engineering quality management is discussed; for the management of construction engineering quality traits were analyzed, the principle of building engineering construction quality management are analyzed, the method of construction engineering quality management is the focus of the study, at the same time, the method of construction engineering quality management conducted in-depth analysis. Taking practical engineering as an example, this paper expounds the factors affecting the quality of the project, and studies the methods and contents of the actual quality management.Through the research of this paper, it is showed that the foundation of the quality assurance of super high rise building is to strengthen the quality management consciousness of the super high rise building project. The quality consciousness of construction personnel directly affects the quality of high-rise building projects,therefore, to strengthen the quality awareness in the process of building engineering construction, the quality consciousness, so as to continuously improve the quality of construction engineering. At the same time, the super high rise building project quality management to implement the whole process quality management mode, in the preconstruction preparation stage, construction stage and acceptance stage are integrated into the quality management ideas. By optimizing the construction contract management methods, innovative quality management methods, construction of high-rise building project quality standard system and a series of measures to ensure the quality of super high rise building construction..
