As an important part of the ship’s power plant,the performance of the ship’s shaft system is quite influential in the safety and reliability of ship operation.So,the design of the ship shaft is crucial.Ship shaft design software has brought great convenience,but the existing design software are also proceeding with a specific material,structural parameters or the entire axis of the layout,these processes are the part of digital design system,but with regard to the size of the initial design of the shaft system,the software of the layout part is still relatively rare.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a shaft design and calculation system which can determine the initial design of the shaft system.By analyzing the general practice and existing problems of today’s shaft design,we do the requirements analysis and put forward the idea of software design based on based on configuration style,further leads to three key technologies:Firstly,the collection and description of specification data.This is the basis for formula calculation,the reverse data acquisition method was used to realize the trend graph as the corresponding data table,and the database is saved to the database for the subsequent method which was used for the establishment of the basic method.The traditional pixels neighborhood search method was improved,and the related procedures was developed to achieve the algorithm function.In this paper,the extraction process of OCR technology was investigated,and realizes the method of data description based on creating the database registration.Secondly,the extension of the expression parser function.Focus on the analysis of the single expression,based on the open source resolver component on the network,based on the calculation of the shaft system design,extend the feature like special processing function definition and the corresponding implementation of the function,introduce the function class,the word processing class and the calculation evaluation processing class,do a simple verification.Finally,the framework of the software and the definition of the process.In the process of software implementation,the typical characteristics of the system are analyzed,create configuration information through the establishment of the database table.Do the specific task design process analysis.The software design rules are developed,the interface of the key process is demonstrated,and the feasibility of the software is verified.The development of the software is to build a reusable framework,this framework is used as the central code which supports the core computing functions.The process of data collection and selection,formula information,software specific process,formula calculation and function configuration are all used as configuration information,this way reward software with strong intelligence,versatility and reliability,and this software has been successfully applied to the relevant ship shaft design projects.
