As the pillar industry of our country,the construction industry is in a state of high Energy-consumption and high pollution for a long time,so it is imperative to carry out the revolution of construction technology.With the continuous development of the green development concept,prefabricated building is becoming the focus of the construction industry.And the development of the prefabricated building makes the construction industry have some characteristics of the manufacturing industry,which emphasizes the function of social production,and relies on a good cooperation among enterprises in the whole industry chain.Prefabricated components is the core of prefabricated building control.Based on the theory of industrial chain,the key points of the management include prefabricated components' design,supply,erection and operation etc.With the continuous advancement of the prefabricated building,related regulatory mechanisms,the key technology systems and supporting policies have been improved.But how to achieve the effective information-sharing among the units in the industry chain,improve the level of integration management,and perfect the system of integrated management of the whole industry chain,are always the key problems in the development of prefabricated building.As a new information technology,Building information model provides a new collaborative model for the information-integration management of the construction industry chain,which is conducive to the integration of information in vertical and horizontal direction of the construction industry chain.Cloud&BIM platform is an important development direction of BIM applications,which refers to the combination of cloud computing and BIM,and is conducive to overcoming the limitations of BIM applications.Aiming at the existing problems in the management of prefabricated components,drawed on the idea of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System(CIMS),the paper analyzed the application of Cloud&BIM,IOT and other information technologies in the integrated management of prefabricated components,to effectively optimize the system of integration management of the whole industry chain,which has important effects on the industrialization of the prefabricated building.Firstly,based on the analysis of the current situation of the prefabricated building and components at home and abroad,this paper summarized the advanced experiences of foreign countries and the existing problems of China,and pointed out the importance of the integration management of the whole industry chain.Then,this paper described related concepts and set up the framework of cloud&BIM and IOT,and integrated CIMS theory with the management of prefabricated components.Next,this paper proposed a construction scheme of integrated management platform of prefabricated components,and made a detailed analysis of the specific application of the information technologies in collaborative design,supply,erection and operation Fianlly,based on the construction scheme of integrated management platform and the Evaluation Standard of Construction Enterprise Informatization,this paper established the evaluation index-system of integrated management platform of prefabricated components,determined the index weight with analytic hierarchy process and the case A was simulated to evaluate on AHP-FCE,which had certain theoretical and practical significance.
