| In recent years, the cause of higher education has been developing rapidly, with the number of colleges and the number of students enrolled increasing year by year. While the rapid development of colleges and universities, the consumption of energy and resources for their development has also increased remarkably. The densely populated campus, the large number of buildings, the relative concentration of energy use not only consume large energy users, but also have great potential for energy saving. The traditional energy planning methods in universities has been unable to meet the needs of resources-conserving and green campus development, and it is imperative to explore a green,low-carbon and sustainable energy planning method for universities in cold regions. In this paper, four kinds factors influencing energy consumption, such as the energy supply side, the energy demand side, the energy supply system and the climatic conditions, are extracted and summarized by studying the relevant standard guidelines of the university planning and the planning practice of the colleges and universities in the cold regions.Taking these four categories of influencing factors as the planning unit, this paper explores a method of low-carbon energy planning for university architectural complex in cold regions to be used for the regulatory detailed planning. This paper focuses on the energy characteristics of buildings in the energy demand side.Through the investigation and summarization of the construction information of colleges and universities in Tianjin, the standard building simulation model of dormitory, teaching building and canteens were established according to the relevant standard.Energy consumption simulations were carried out by using EnergyPlus software. The peak load of the three types of buildings and annual amount of cooling and heating energy consumption characteristics are obtained.Based on the energy consumption per unit area and the per capita energy consumption, the energy characteristics of university architectural complex were studied in the regulatory detailed planning stage. The simulation results show that the peak load of the design day and the annual heating and cooling capacity are smaller than the superposition value of the single type building; The methods of forecasting the amount of low-carbon energy resources available for solar energy, wind energy and geothermal energy are summarized. The types of energy stations and the forms of energy supply are described. The division of energy station and the selection of energy supply forms is introduced. The energy supply system is used to match the energy supply side with the demand side to achieve the balance of energy supply and demand.Applying the low carbon energy planning method to the new campus energy planning of Tianjin University to achieve theoretical guidance. It also has certain reference significance for low-carbon energy planning of new universities in cold regions. |
