To realize the function of online real-time monitoring and feedback control of roller compaction for earth-rock dam to ensure the construction quality and safety analysis during the full process of construction,this paper launches research in three aspects of construction quality real-time monitoring,construction schedule simulation and visualization and the dynamic safety analysis of earth-rock dam based on the current rolling monitoring theory,and a cloud platform-based behavior analysis and quality control system of rolled earth-rock dam is developed.The main research contents and achievements are summarized as follows:(1)Construction quality real-time monitoring: high precision positioning information and real-time monitoring data are obtained by studying the vibratory compacting mechanism and using RTK technology and 3G wireless data transmission technology,then studying the computing method of real-time monitoring parameters for construction quality,and by Python script real-time data is translated into JSON data.The functions of construction quality real-time monitoring,history playback for rolling process and exporting rolling quality report are developed to monitor and trace the rolling process by WebGIS technology and SVG technology.(2)Construction schedule simulation and visualization: cyclic network simulation Model is established by analyzing dam material transportation and filling system based on the theory of cyclic network simulation.According to construction scheduling and resource allocation and so on,construction schedule can be simulated and forecasted.Skyline software acts as a visualization platform,on which simulate construction schedule by establishing a mapping between WBS of schedule and model component ID.(3)The dynamic safety analysis of earth-rock dam: the ABAQUS secondary development technology and database technology help to establish a mapping between the actual state and the numerical model,in which the numerical model will update with the dynamic construction state.The above-mentioned work is combined with the corresponding numerical analysis and computer technology and thus the dynamic safety analysis function of earth-rock dam is developed to achieve the simulation of the real-time earth-rock dam safety status and ensure the smooth progress of the construction process.(4)System development and application: according to the research above,this article designed the system framework and function,and accomplished the behavior analysis and quality control system of dam,and used in practical engineering.The system has realized the functions of roller compaction monitoring,progress control,safety analysis,which integrate construction control and analysis.
