In the development of modern industry,belt conveyors are becoming one of the most widely used conveying equipment in modern industry.Anti-reverse bearing as the most important part of the belt conveyor,when the belt conveyor suddenly shut down due to human control or accident,it can prevent the belt from reversing due to the self-weight of the rubberized fabric and the material.In the long-term operation of industrial equipment,rolling bearings and external equipment due to friction and temperature rise may reduce the control of reverse torque,it may cause series of security incidents such as transport reversals,material slips and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to monitor the running status of the anti-reverse bearing in real time and make the necessary early warning of the abnormal situation to ensure the safe operation of the transport aircraft.In this paper,the anti-reverse bearing is taken as the research object.According to the analysis of the common faults of the rolling bearing,the measurement system using bearing temperature and torque as the monitoring parameters is proposed and designed.Taking the single-chip microcomputer as the core unit of the rolling bearing monitoring system,the torque data measured by the strain gage and the temperature data collected by the temperature sensor are collected.After the signal conditioning circuit,A/D and D/A conversion module and 4-20 mA conversion circuit,temperature and bearing torque information is converted to standard output.Finally,it realizes the real-time monitoring of the running status of the anti-reverse bearing and sends an alarm instruction under abnormal conditions.This thesis completed the test system hardware circuit design and software debugging,and carried out the overall test and correction.Finally,the designed system was tested on site,the bearing temperature and torque in several conditions were continuously collected,and the data were analyzed.The feasibility of the system was verified.In summary,the bearing fault detection system designed in this thesis has initially realized the continuous monitoring of the temperature and torque of the anti-reverse bearing,and can record and warn the abnormal data to provide the guarantee for the normal operation of the belt conveyor.The research has good practical significance.
