Public transportation is an important part of modern city.With the rapid development of software and hardware equipment in China,urban public transportation is developing towards the direction of intelligence,and Intelligent Transport system(ITS)will emerge as the times require.ITS will be advanced information technology.The communication technology,electronic sensing technology and computer technology are combined to intelligentize the vehicle terminal,the platform of the safety control center and so on,and the problem is modeled and processed and processed by the intelligent algorithm.Enable the entire intelligent bus system to accurately obtain information on road and vehicle conditions Information,convenient to the vehicle scheduling management.Intelligent public transport system makes use of traffic facilities to manage people,cars and roads in an all-round way.It improves the efficiency of vehicle management,reduces the cost of management,facilitates people's daily travel,and reduces environmental pollution.It alleviates road congestion,reduces the resulting crime rate,and promotes the technological innovation and development of related industries,which is very beneficial to the harmonious and stable development of the whole social and economic benefits.Based on the safety control terminal,the basic information of GPS vehicle location and video streaming media data are transmitted to the public transport platform,and the Web GIS technology is used in this paper.Vehicle positioning,video monitoring and scheduling management on the platform.The vehicle video monitoring terminal based on the vehicle state,on the use of Web GIS technology,all kinds of alarm information in real-time and accurate analysis and processing.Through the vehicle terminal,the GPS information data received by the vehicle can be continuously transmitted in real time,including the longitude,latitude and elevation of the vehicle,the speed,direction of the vehicle,the receiving time of the vehicle position information,as well as the alarm information and the video information.Because the GPS data of vehicles can not be accurately understood,it is very meaningful to get multiple data such as vehicle alarm information and real-time video information to improve the accuracy of the analysis results.The vehicle scheduling model of interface The system platform can load the scheduling function module according to the need,use the corresponding scheduling algorithm to carry out the vehicle scheduling,realize the decoupling of the system scheduling module,and improve the expansibility and friendliness of the system.Web GIS technology is used to complete video surveillance and path processing service scheduling for vehicle emergency.With the gradual development of the transportation industry,the number of social vehicles is also increasing.On the one hand,the research of this topic is to try to make efforts to innovate for the diversification of information collection,on the other hand,the vehicle scheduling function is optimized.The implementation of service scheduling and processing interface model is a new attempt for traffic intelligence,which has far-reaching significance in solving the problems of path planning,emergency decision and traffic congestion.
