| In the process of children’s growth, schools as one of the main living environment, their space plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ character and behavior.Modern education in China started relatively late, both from the design concept and the construction technology is still lags behind that of Europe, the United States and other developed countries. The rigid mode of primary school construction has been largely replicated due to the rapid development of compulsory education, which has directly led to the spread of "machine" with no difference in the whole country. As the coming of information age and the comprehensive implementation of quality education concept, social demand for innovative and special talents in increasing. The unified campus environment has appeared all kinds of disadvantages and obstacles for the training of new talents. In fact, the research on campus space has been developing for a long time. Many useful exploration and research have provided valuable theoretical basis and model for design practice. However, from the perspective of child psychology, the research on primary school campus space is still not systematic. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to explore the contingency of the design thinking of primary school based on the psychological behavior of all ages of primary school students. In view of the neglect of children’s space as the main body of the existing campus space and the insufficient attention to their psychological and behavioral needs, the new space positioning and optimization design strategy are proposed. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the children’s psychological, physiological and behavioral habits in primary school and the case of teaching space, identify the pattern of internal relations and introduce the integration mechanism of domain space, functional space and space. The spatial pattern of "the growth model" is formed to provide a new observation angle of view and a design approach for the design of campus space. |
