The Research Of The Influence Of Valued Added Tax Reform On Construction General Contracting Enterprise Based On Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation

The pilot project for VAT reform begin-ed in May 1st 2016.As an important part of construction industry,construction general contracting enterprise is very complicated in the following aspects of business model,organization structure,information management,bid price and subcontract management.Consequently,it will make for the operation and management of construction general contracting enterprises to effectively identify and control the impact when facing VAT reform.Firstly,for the sake of measuring the impact of VAT reform on construction general contracting enterprise,we obtain 21 relevant factors by means of consulting literature review and combining actual research background with the problems that we meet in the process of construction management.Secondly,through analyzing these factors,I obtain 9 common factors,and then classify them into four different classes,which are about project cost management,project bidding quotation,enterprise financial management and enterprise administration.Finally,I apply the method of Analytic Process(AHP)to ensure the weights of evaluating indicators.Secondly we utilize multilevel fuzzy integrated evaluation to construct two-level fuzzy evaluating model.And finally we analyzes the influence of VAT reform on construction general contracting enterprise.This study takes some construction general contracting enterprise for instance,verifies the feasibility of the scheme.At the same time,some experience used for reference can be provided for evaluating the impact of VAT reform.
