In this paper,a reverse diaphragm type pressure reducing valve is taken as the object of study.The task,principle design,structural design,simulation calculation and test verification are discussed.First of all,the classification of the pressure reducing valve is introduced.The domestic and international research status and the main manufacturers of the pressure reducing valve are introduced.The source of the subject,the main research contents,the research method and the difficulty of the subject are expounded.Secondly,a detailed description of the design principle of the valve,including the overall structure design principle,key parts such as the design requirements of the valve seat and valve core structure,classification and selection of sensitive element content,spring design index etc..Then,on the basis of these design criteria,the detailed design of the spool,valve seat,diaphragm,adjusting spring and reset spring is carried out,and the static characteristics of the pressure reducing valve are calculated.Based on the theoretical calculation,processing,accessibility,reliability and other aspects from the cost,and the components of the valve material of the primaries,including the selection of various machine parts materials,spring design,sealing method and O type coil design,and the high pressure part and the diaphragm the intensity of the finite element simulation of high pressure thread strength check is carried out.Finally,the valve has been tested and verified,and the size and material of some parts have been adjusted according to the test results.It is found that whether the metal diaphragm is in equilibrium position is the key to the pressure characteristics;the material selection of the valve seat has a great influence on the locking pressure.The final test data show that the actual performance of the product meets the design index.
