For the requirement of high-frequency electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve in industry. Take one kinds of direct operated three way proportional pressure reducing valve as the object of study in this paper, mainly researched this valve's static characteristics and dynamic characteristic simulation, and conducted the experiment on this valve.The construction of the direct operated three way proportional pressure reducing valve is analyzed and the pressure reducing valve's transfer function is established. It concluded that the valve core's quality and the outlet control volume size have effect on the frequency-response characteristic of the proportional pressure reducing valve; The direct operated three way proportional pressure reducing valve's dynamic characteristic is simulated, the valve's dynamic mathematical model is established . Taking the sinusoidal signal as the input, taking the outlet pressure as the response, this proportional pressure reducing valve's SIMULINK simulation model is established Through simulation researching, educed reasonable set the valve core's quality and the outlet control volume size can enable the proportional pressure reducing valve have high frequency-response characteristic; A modularized hydraulic valve testing system has been improved, using C language the control and the data acquisition procedure is compiled; The frequency-response characteristic with different outlet control volume size is experimented, The reason for the error between the experiment result and the simulation result is analyzed. It concluded that the proportional pressure reducing valve's modeling method and the simulation model is accurate and reliable. It provided design basis on the proportional pressure reducing valve which have high frequency-response characteristic.
