Smart Bus Platform Design

The bus platform is a public facility specially designed for the urban residents,and provides convenient services for people.However,the city is developing at the same time,as an important part of the transportation,the bus stop has not been closely followed by the development of The Times.In the face of changing people’s demand for travel,bus station facilities are aging,the information on the stop sign is not obvious,real-time information on buses is not timely,etc.Therefore,in the face of this situation,this paper studies the status quo of bus platforms at home and abroad,From the three stages before,during,and after people’ s travel,analyze the problems and needs encountered during the entire period of passenger travel and from the physiological and psychological perspectives of people,we will study the design of service design in bus stations.First of all,this paper focuses on the design of bus platform.Taking the bus platform of Nanjing presidential palace as an example,the author points out the problems in the design of public transportation platform in China.At the same time,we collect excellent cases both at domestic and abroad,and learn from the excellent cases to improve the design of bus platform in China.Secondly,through the combination of Internet thinking mode,the paper also analyzed the case of using the design method to enhance the user experience in the Internet.Combining the service design methodology with the design of bus platforms,the online and offline travels can be connected and seamlessly connected,thus essentially solving the problems in the design of bus platforms.Combining the service design methodology with the bus platform design,the online travel and offline travel can be connected and perfectly connected,so as to solve the problems in the design of the bus platform in essence.Finally,this article takes the Nanjing Presidential Bus Station as the research object,and based on the full-link thinking in the service design,this paper points out the problems encountered by passengers during the travel and puts forward solutions.
