Research On Key Technologies Of Comprehensive Treatment Of Road Traffic In Small And Medium City

With the rapid economic and social development,the number of motor vehicles in small and medium cities in our country is growing fast,the existing traffic facilities of the core areas can no longer adapt to the development of traffic demand,and problems of traffic congestion and safety is becoming increasingly acute.Traffic treatment in small and medium cities has a low social concern,not reached a wide range of influence as the big cities,and lack consensus as well as guidelines.Therefore,combined with the characteristics of small and medium cities,carrying out research on integrated traffic treatment in core areas,improving traffic efficiency,and the enhancement of traffic safety as well as environment,have important theoretical and practical values.Based on the experience accumulated in the practice of urban traffic treatment projects,key technologies of traffic comprehensive treatment in core area of small and medium cities are researched.Firstly,it analyzes the development characteristics of urban core area and the traffic characteristics of small and medium cities,summarizes some problems faced by traffic development in small and medium cities,and analyzes the causes and perplexities.Secondly,the objectives and ideas of traffic treatment in small and medium cities,the policy and technical treatment system are summarized,and the tactics of traffic treatment are put forward.Again,the methods of traffic treatment in core area of small and medium cities are researched from the aspects of macroscopic traffic diversion,integration and optimization of road resources,and promotion of traffic effectiveness at intersections,and the ideas for governance effectiveness evaluation and comprehensive collaborative governance are studied.Moreover,based on the problems,the specific governance technical measures and suggestions from the aspects of road system optimization,intersection improvement,related special projects,and governance of key areas are proposed.Finally,taking the core area of Haimen as an example,it analyzes the current situation of road traffic and puts forward some problem-oriented treatment schemes for the core area.
