Automobile manufacturers are in a leading position in the manufacturing industry due to the safety and regulatory requirements of their products,and human resources,as an important management function,play a decisive role in promoting quality management.In the ISO9000 standard,there is close integration between the two management systems.Therefore,as a traditional automobile manufacturing enterprise,SL Company has to face various market tests and further optimize the systems to gain more market shares and profits in the fierce market competition.This paper first analyzes the quality management system and the status quo of human resource management in SL Company,and makes a problem diagnosis of human resource management in SL companies based on the seven quality management principles of the quality management system and ISO9000 theories.Then it puts forward the PDCA integration scheme of human resource management of SL company based on quality management system(QMS)from the aspects of human resource planning,recruitment and selection,training and development,performance and evaluation,salary and welfare,and conducts optimization design.Finally,measures are taken to ensure the design plan through following the strategy and target,improving the recruitment and training mechanism,implementing material and spiritual incentives,and improving the fit measurement mechanism.Through the above analysis and design,and finally through the application effect of contrast,SL Company in human resources management system were optimized based on the theory of the QMS,the indicators are obtained the obvious ascending,it also illustrates the quality management system and human resource management of staff has the same requirements,both also coordinate with each other,support each other so can run through in the enterprise has the mature part to optimize the existing problems and to ensure that the system and the realization of the goal of common development.
