With the rapid development of Internet technology,network payment technology and logistics technology,large-scale e-commerce platforms such as Taobao,Jingdong and Suning have risen rapidly.More and more people begin to advocate online shopping,and shopping has entered the era of online shopping.The popularity of online shopping has increased dispatch workload for dispatchers.In order to alleviate the dispatch burden of dispatchers,as well as to facilitate the pick-up,intelligent express cabinet came into being.Intelligent express cabinet solves the problem of express delivery terminal very well and brings convenience to express deposit of courier and express extraction of recipient.Intelligent express cabinet is a new thing.In order to enable users to get a good sense of experience and increase user viscosity,we need to achieve safe access to express.In order to ensure the safe access of express,the access speed of the access device in the intelligent express cabinet needs to be well controlled.At present,the research on the intelligent express cabinet mainly focuses on the design of the structure of the express cabinet,while the research on the access speed control of the express access device in the intelligent express cabinet is relatively less.In view of this situation,this paper studies the access speed control of access devices with the aid of fuzzy control theory.Firstly,the model of access device system is introduced.The access device is designed and the mode of variable frequency speed regulation is determined when the access device moves;Secondly,after comparing to some speed curves,the S-type speed control curve is determined to ensure the stability of motion;Finally,with the help of the theory of fuzzy control,fuzzy control algorithms is designed to determine the optimal access speed of express with different mass,height and bottom area.Then,a fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed to control the speed of the vertical acceleration section of express delivery.The simulation model of the speed fuzzy control system is established by MATLAB/Simulink simulation software,and the simulation research is carried out.The simulation results are obtained: Compared with the general PID control,the designed fuzzy PID algorithm can make the system have better anti-jamming performance;The overshoot and adjustment time of the system have been improved to a certain extent.The response speed and stability of the system is improved,and the stability and security of express access is improved.
