Current meter is the device to measure hydrological data of the river and lake. In different kinds of current meters, rotor type current meter is the most simple and most popular hydrological instruments in water conservancy industry, and it is being widely used for hydrological measurement and water environment monitoring or measurement. But usually the hydrological environment of our country is poor, after a period of time current meter will be affected by the sediment and sundry, and the instrument parameters of the current meter will change. So in order to keep the accuracy of the current meter, the department of hydrology should retest the parameters of current meter through the current meter test system.According to the standards of hydrologic with GB/T21699-2008 linear groove of the rotor type current meter verification/calibration method in our country, current meter calibration should use the method of static water tank. The current meter test system in this thesis follows the principle of static test method of current meter, hanging the current meter at the bottom of the calibration vehicle, making it do reciprocating motion in different speed range, and simulating the water effect on the impact of the current meter in order to finish the test.This thesis is based on the current meter automatic verification platform and hydrology related testing standards all over the world, from the working principle of current meter calibration system and the flow performance testing principle, making a relatively detailed analysis and design of speed regulation and governing system which is the importment part of the system.According to the calibration vehicle’s speed range is very big and requied smooth speed within the speed range, combining the characteristics of the current meter test system, the system chooses DC speed regulation method for the calibration vehicle. In order to ensure the completeness and rationality of speed control system, the system selectes the type of the DC motor, estimating and optimizing on related parameters of the speed control system with design and configuration of the DC speed regulator in the system.This thesis combines the intelligent control algorithm with DC speed regulating system of the test car. First of all, through establishing the model of calibration vehicle, this thesis simulates the DC motor on the test car with single closed-loop speed control and double closed loop speed control respectively.In order to keep the characteristics of the DC motor in the system perfect, the fuzzy PID control algorithm is added to the double closed loop speed control, and the neural network algorithm was used for PID parameters setting. It can solve many problem in the system through the combination of intelligent control algorithm and speed regulation of DC motor on the calibration vehicle.On the one hand, it can ensure that the DC motor has good response characteristic and anti-jamming characteristic; On the other hand, it can guarantee to quickly setting of PID parameters by the BP neural network algorithm, solving the problem of response speed and steady-state accuracy of the test car in the process of current meter test. At last, the thesis analyzes the interference of the system and corresponding anti-interference measures, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the speed control system. |
