Study On Public Space Microenvironment Of Typical Residential Quarters In Beijing

With the acceleration of urbanization process,the construction of urban residential areas is increasing.As the main place for residents'daily activities,the public space of residential areas is an important space to improve the overall environmental quality of residential areas and enhance the quality of residents' urban life.It is also one of the important factors that determine the quality of residential areas.The microclimatic environment in urban residential areas plays an important role in residents'activities,willingness and physical and mental health.Therefore,the study of the micro-environment of public space in urban residential areas can better improve the quality of life of residents.Micro-environment factors are closely related to the spatial layout and height of buildings in residential areas,the water body,terrain and vegetation maintenance of landscape greening.Under the influence of different factors,micro-environment will have a significant impact on human comfort in public space.According to the factors of building layout and greening landscape,this paper selected typical residential districts in Beijing during the period of high-speed development of residential districts as research samples.Based on the survey of typical residential districts in Beijing in summer,the temperature,humidity,wind speed,inhalable particulate matter and other parameters are obtained by selecting different public space layout and different landscape greening areas as measuring points.The subjective perception of outdoor comfort summarized in the residents'questionnaires is compared,and the subj ective and obj ective results are evaluated comprehensively.Through Envi-met,six basic layout forms and different greening landscape forms of typical residential districts in Beijing are simulated in winter and summer,and the rules are summarized.To improve the public space micro-environment of residential quarter,provide improvement strategies,and provide corresponding guidelines for the future design of public space micro-environment of residential quarter.
