Our lighting market prospects are broad,the overall market turnover has been on the rise in the past ten years.The expansion of the market scale makes the design of lamps gradually attracted attention.With the China's economy grows,so our consumption patterns have also changed.Consumers in the pursuit of function at the same time,but also pay more attention to the emotional appeal of products.The measurement and transformation of sensibility has become the key in the process o f product design,lamps as lighting tools,in the daily living environment plays an important role.Using perceptual needs as a starting point to guide the design of lamps,will become a research direction,Kansei Engineering is a methodology theory of product design,through the quantification of sensibility,with the help of statistical means to complete perceptual analysis,so as to guide product design.This technology has been widely used and has achieved some success.Firstly,this paper discusses the relevant theories and practical methods of Kansei Engineering,summarizes the classification,design principles and development trend of modern lamps,analyzes and studies the perceptual images of products,and summarizes the perceptual engineering research flow and steps of luminaire design in combination with the traditional design process and methods.Secondly,select the most popular attention table lamp as the research object,widely collect samples and perceptual description words,use expert evaluation and statistical method to complete the sample and vocabulary extraction,and then through the semantic difference method and principal component analysis method with the help of computer SPSS software to complete the perceptual evaluation and analysis,explore the specific implementation methods and processes of the design of the applied lamps for Kansei Engineering.Finally,according to the user's perceptual demand analysis of the table lamp,the design practice is carried out with this conclusion.Users and experts are invited to evaluate the results of the practice and verify the reliability of the above methods.At the end of the paper,summarizes the research work and the shortcomings.The development of Kansei Engineering and the design of lamps are also prospected.
