Industrial 4.0 has come and intelligent manufacturing promotes the development of automatic level of logistics and warehouse industry,intelligent warehouse AGV plays an important pole in this industry.In China,big gaps still exist between China’s products and other developed countries in Europe and America,including not only in products functional aspects such as stability of performance and flexibility of operation,but also in products kansei aspects such as human machine interaction relationships and shape design.In the past,the developments of machinery products mainly focus on technology and function.Now more and more attentions should be paid on user experience,human machine interaction relationship and shape design.This study is focused on pallet fork lifting AGV from two perspectives,which is functional design and form design.Several key theories are studied,including QFD-TRIZ theory and Kansei Engineering theory.According to these theories,an innovative design scheme is proposed.Specifically,the main work includes the following:1.Based on user-centered design philosophy,logistic equipment markets are studied,different logistics devices are divided into different categories.Deep investigation and research are conducted and users are interviewed on AGV security,reliability,flexibility,and scalability,sum up 10 users’ needs;2.Study Quality Function Development(QFD)method,build a House of Quality(HOQ)of AGV and sum up 4 conflicts.And using TRIZ method to solve existing conflicts,proposing an innovative solution of intelligent unmanned AGV for separating moving parts and lifting parts;3.Study Kansei engineering system,consumers’ kansei needs are collected with sematic differential method and quality and simplicity are considered as two important semantic factors.A mood board is built based on the result to guide the design;4.Integrate all design principals and according to the concept sketch,design and model up a warehouse storage intelligent AGV.Design result is evaluated with experts and users.The evaluation indicates that the new design scheme is more flexible and applicable,which can help improve lean production and satisfy users’ kansei needs.
