Prefabricated Architectural Design Of Public Cultural Space In Liji Lane,Nanjing

In the 1980s,the cast-in-place reinforced concrete system developed quickly and became widely used.Because of its excellent performance in mechanical performance,durability and economic performance,especially in plasticity,it was quickly loved by architects.However,with the slowing down of the urbanization process,the cast-in-place system of reinforced concrete has exposed some disadvantages,such as the waste of construction materials,the building debris,the high labor cost and so on.In recent years,with the improvement of the level of industrialization,the increase of labor costs and the change of the concept of green,coordinated and sustainable development,the advantages of prefabricated buildings have gradually become prominent and become the key to the transformation of the construction industry.In this paper,along the lines of "theory,research,application",through the theory of prefabricated construction research and related case analysis,the author summarizes the prefabricated construction theory and technology development and focuses on the resolution of the system of prefabricated building,technical specification of each system,the design key points and the details of the construction,providing certain references for subsequent project.This paper is divided into two parts,the previous design research report has five chapters:Chapter one is the introduction,which summarizes the project background,key points of the design,research methods and the main content and framework of the paper.Chapter two is the study of prefabricated building design,including the theory and technical development,so as to provide theoretical support for the subsequent scheme design.Chapter three is case study,including two cases of different sizes and types,and focuses on the structure and skin system.Chapter four is the preliminary design analysis,including the project overview and the preliminary design analysis.The key points and the principles are concluded,and the organization of the internal space,the allocation of functions,the floor height and the coordination of style and features are introduced.Chapter 5 is the assembly design part,the author completes the detailed assembly split scheme,and the design scheme of the assembly rate calculation and evaluation of the assembly rate through the system split,structure optimization,deepening design of elevation and the details research.The next part is mainly the compilation of some drawings,including preliminary analysis drawing,plan drawings,elevation drawings,section drawings and effect drawings as well as assembly split design drawing and construction node sample,etc.
