Modern Bank Building Research In Beijing Area

Beijing,located in the North China Plain,is an important ancient capital of the Five Dynasties in Chinese history.It has become China's political and cultural center since the Ming and Qing Dynasties.In the modern era,the closed Beijing city was forced to open,and the Western powers established the embassy district in Dongjiaominxiang,which opened the process of the integration of Chinese and Western architectural culture in Beijing.With the construction of the embassy district,the bank building first appeared in Beijing,and then the Chinese capital bank gradually increased due to the development of national capitalism.Since then,banks have gradually replaced traditional financial institutions such as pawn shops,money houses,and ticket numbers.As the physical carrier of new-style finance,the modern bank building has been impressed with high-quality design level and majestic architectural appearance since its birth.It embodies the architectural design concept,architectural style tendency and public aesthetic in Beijing in modern times.Features such as changes in consciousness have unique cultural heritage values.This paper takes the modern bank buildings in Beijing as the research object,and uses the cultural relics census statistical data and related historical documents as the reference.It summarizes the various documents and research results,and conducts on-the-spot investigation and mapping of the existing 13 bank buildings.Analysis of the architectural characteristics of modern banks in Beijing.The first chapter determines the research object and research content,and summarizes the research status.The second chapter summarizes the development history of modern bank architecture,summarizes its construction background and purpose,and deeply explores the internal relationship between modern banks and Beijing's modern political and economic development history,and summarizes its distribution characteristics and distribution rules.The third chapter begins with five aspects: functional composition,plane layout,spatial features,facade form and building technology,and summarizes the characteristics of its architectural form.The fourth chapter studies the styles and details of modern bank styles in Beijing,discusses the style characteristics and the influencing factors of the formation,and summarizes the detailed features from the aspects of architectural technology and art.The fifth chapter summarizes the value of modern banks in Beijing,and discusses its social impact from three aspects: urban construction,architectural design,and political economy.The research in this paper aims to provide data support and theoretical basis for the future research and protection of modern buildings and modern financial buildings in Beijing.
