| Heating is a necessary condition for the existence and development of northern cities and a basic guarantee for the normal operation of urban functions.The quality of heating plays an important role in the development of social economy,the improvement of people’s living standard,the improvement of ecological environment and the guarantee of social stability.Yanjiao High-tech Zone is adjacent to Beijing,located around Beijing and Tianjin,and the core of Bohai Sea Economic Circle.It plays an important role in the strategic planning of promoting the regional economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and building the capital economic circle.With the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,the development of this area not only affects the development of Sanhe City,but also has a decisive impact on the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The construction is very necessary.By summing up the current situation of heating development and construction in Yanjiao area,the main problems in current heating development and management are analyzed.It is found that all the heat sources in this area are located in the northeast,the layout is extremely unreasonable,the overall heating capacity is insufficient,the central core region has the problem of the power plant as the sole heat source,and the pipe diameter of some heating networks is small,which restricts the heat output.Based on the investigation of the present heating facilities and the actual operation in this area,with hydraulic calculation as a means,combined with the distribution of heat sources and the form of the heating system,the weak links in the heating network are found out,and the appropriate solutions are put forward:It is suggested to expand the diameter of some pipe networks and build a connection line,so that all heat sources can be connected and distributed uniformly,and the heat sources can be interconnected and interused;At the closed steam plant,gas boiler and electrode hot water boiler(equipped with heat storage tank)should be built to increase the type of heat source in this area,and to build up the heat supply mode of "coal(power plant)gas and electricity";Large temperature difference heating technology is carried out in the northeast undeveloped area,and large temperature difference heating reconstruction is carried out at the outlet of power plant to excavate the heating potential to the maximum extent;A new heat source is built in the northwest region to make up for the gap of heat source in this area and to ensure the safe and stable heat supply. |
