Research Of The Implementation Plan Of Nanchang High-tech Zone Distribution Automation Reconstruction

Now that the technology of primary equipment is mature and saturated step by step, distribution automation technology and smart grid technology will be the main trend in the development of distribution network. Since the development of economic in Nanchang, the core city of Nanchang-Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, the consumer’s demand of power distribution reliability and the shorter recovery time of network fault is growing. As a consequence, the intelligent renewal of the urban distribution network is imminent.This paper describes the current situation and development trend of distribution automation, and then proposes the implementation scheme of the high-tech zone distribution automation retrofit and operation, including the renewal scheme of primary network, the construction scheme of terminals, the construction scheme of primary station, the construction scheme of communication system and the implementation scheme of feeder automation. At last, this paper forecasts the outcomes of the reformed distribution network and the promotion of some important targets of the distribution grid.According to the implementation scheme, NanChang power supply company will bulid a strong distribution grid at first and a strong, efficient, environmental, sustainable smart grid at last within orderly automation reconstruction. The reconstruction will not only improve the power supply reliability, the fast restoration capability, the operation and management level of the grid, but also shorten the the fault time of distribution grid and enhence customer satisfaction.
