Research On The Planning And Design Of Rural Complex Under The Background Of Leisure Agriculture

The rural complex is a new comprehensive planning development model based on the leisure agriculture in China under the premise of urban and rural development.In the background of the rapid development of contemporary leisure agriculture,the proposal of the idyllic complex provides a new development orientation for China to accelerate urbanization and solve the problems of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.With the support and guidance of national policies,the country has developed a wave of rural complex planning and construction.However,as a new development model with Chinese characteristics,the planning and design of the rural complex is still in its infancy,the theoretical system and practical cases are relatively scarce.The research on the planning and design method of the complex has certain practical significance.Firstly,this paper starts from the origin and development of leisure agriculture,and clarifies the relationship between leisure agriculture and rural complex in China through the definition and analysis of the rural complex and its similar concepts,namely: the rural complex is the comprehensive optimization and upgrading of leisure agriculture.Leisure agriculture is the background of the development and proposal of the rural complex,and it is the dual support of the theory and practice of the rural complex.Secondly,through the collection and integration of image and actual data,the paper analyzes the examples of domestic and foreign garden complexes,summarizes the reasons for its success,and combines relevant design specifications to summarize several principles suitable for the development of China’s rural complex planning and development: the principle of equal emphasis on protection and development,the principle of equal emphasis on culture and economy,and the principle of equal emphasis on humanity and nature.The method of planning and designing the rural complex is explained from three aspects: site selection,basic function division and main content of the design.Finally,this paper focuses on the research and development of the rural complex in Nanchang metropolitan area,and the mature rural complex in the Nanchang metropolitan area at this stage: the Huangma·Fenghuanggou rural complex and the Gao’an·Buffalo rural complex.The current situation of planning and development isanalyzed.Through the analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the planning and development process,the problems in the development of the rural complex in Nanchang metropolitan area are summarized and proposed.And then,a feasible road for the development of the rural complex in Nanchang metropolitan area is put forward.According to the future development plan of Nanchang Metropolis,the rural complex planned by the metropolitan area is divided into three types: tourist scenic spot,advantageous industry and characteristic resource.According to different types of characteristics,planning and design suggestions are proposed one by one in three aspects: location selection,spatial planning and detail design.
