With the development of housing industrialization and building industrialization,The structure of precast concrete shear wall has become the most promising structural form at present.The design of joints with reasonable stress and convenient construction is the key technology in the design of precast concrete shear wall structure,and it is also an important factor that decides whether the structure can be popularized and applied.At present,wet connection is the main joint of precast shear wall structure in China,which connect with reinforcement connection measures and post-poured concrete.However,this kind of connection will face problems such as reinforced collision,incomplete post-pouring area and so on.It is found that the connection of shear walls with bolts,steel plates,dampers and other ductile components can effectively solve the above problems,and the joints have good mechanical properties.Therefore,this paper presents a kind of joint of precast concrete shear wall connected by bolted steel plate,and discovers its mechanical properties by experiments and analysis.In this paper,four specimens of shear wall joint(steel plate without measure,steel plate with stiffening rib,steel plate with transverse joint and steel plate with vertical joint)were designed and manufactured,and low-cycle reciprocating load experiments were carried out.We can get the failure modes of the specimens through the experimental phenomena,and get the hysteresis characteristics,deformation capacity,energy dissipation capacity and stiffness characteristics of the specimens by data processing.Then based on the above,the mechanical properties of the joints of precast shear walls connected by bolted steel plates are analyzed and summarized.The experimental results show that the joints of precast shear wall connected by bolted steel plates have good mechanical properties,and the strength and deformation capacity of the joints can be effectively exerted by bolts and steel plates.Based on the experimental results and the theoretical analysis of the joint,and the load transfer mode,bearing capacity calculation method and deformation calculation method of the joint are obtained,which can provide some reference for the future research and application of the precast shear wall with bolted steel plate connections.
