Nowadays,with the continuous development of science and technology,all kinds of advanced medical equipment have been widely introduced into medical institutions at all levels,and become an important basis for medical treatment,teaching and scientific research.The normal and orderly operation of medical equipment directly affects the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.How to play a better role in the function of medical equipment becomes the key to the construction of medical facilities.In order to improve the management level of the construction of large-scale medical equipment room,the related literature and the research conclusions of domestic and foreign scholars have been consulted.The research direction of this paper is only on the aspect of quality management.Seven important factors affecting the construction quality management of the computer room are obtained,and according to these seven factors,the quality control of the large-scale medical equipment room construction project is assumed,and finally the conceptual model of the quality control system is obtained.Provide reference for future construction projects in related fields.This paper first analyzes the effectiveness and feasibility of project quality management in the construction of large-scale medical equipment room,and expounds the relevant theory and development history of quality management.Then the characteristics and possible problems of quality management in computer room construction project are analyzed,and then the corresponding quality management framework and new ideas are worked out.The quality planning of computer room construction project is put forward,the policy and target of quality management are set up,the organization structure of quality management is set up,and the responsibilities of each organization are clarified.In the past,the construction projects always focus on the control of the post-acceptance stage,using the method of total quality management to enter the construction project of the computer room.When quality control is carried out,it is necessary to strengthen pre-control and in-the-event inspection.The PDCA cycle is used to keep up with and improve the six kinds of quality factors that affect the construction of the computer room.At the same time,some lean 6? management methods are used to improve the total quality management method.As a result,the continuous improvement of the quality management method of computer room construction is obtained,and the CT equipment room construction project is used as the research carrier to verify the feasibility and correctness of the modified quality management method.
