Research On The Configuration Of Community Commercial Facilities In The Capital Rim Region Under The Backg Round Of Online Shopping

Now,the community residents have increasing requirements for community business with the improvement of economic level and the diversification of the shopping needs,so the community commerce has a closer relationship with people's life and has become an indispensable part of the residents' community life.As a result,the development of community commerce has been paid more and more attention,becoming the focus of community research in recent years.As a material space entity carrying the community commerce activities,the community commercial facility is facing many problems during the development,which have also become the focus of research.At present,many community commercial facilities,especially those in the capital rim region,have many problems due to the relatively new age of construction and lack of relevant construction experience,which is required to be solved urgently.In addition,the rise of new forms of shopping in recent years,such as online shopping,etc.,further impacts the development of community commerce and the facilities based on traditional forms of shopping.Therefore,it is necessary to take the community commercial facilities in these areas as the entry point to explore how to solve the problems of community commerce itself and how to deal with the impact of online shopping on the basis of the relevant case studies.In this paper,Gu'an in the capital rim region is selected as the research area and the community in this area is regarded as a case to study the configuration of the community commercial facilities.Furthermore,the current situation of community commercial facilities configuration and the satisfaction of community residents are understand through the field investigation,these facilities are evaluated from the perspective of relevant norms and residents,and their characteristics and problems are summarized.Moreover,the impact of online shopping on community commercial facilities and the problems caused by them are studied by understanding the online shopping behavior of community residents and their knowledge for it.And then,through the analysis of the problems,it tries to put forward the corresponding suggestions to solve the problems.In short,the purpose of this paper is to provide some support and supplement for the planning design and construction practice of community commercial facilities in Gu'an and even other areas through the research results,so that they can be better developed.
