During the construction of deep tunnels,two types of disasters may occur:rock bursts of brittle surrounding rocks and large deformations of weak surrounding rocks.In recent years,with the gradual increase in the growth of deep-buried tunnels,the issue of large-scale deformation of tunnels in weak surrounding rocks has become increasingly prominent.Due to its low strength,soft surrounding rock tends to show large deformation and rapid deformation under certain engineering background conditions.Once the construction is improperly controlled,it is prone to cracking,infiltration and limitation,or even collapse.Therefore,the study of weak surrounding rock tunnels is of great significance to guide the design and construction.Based on the "Study on grouting of tunnel soft crushing and surrounding rock" for the outstanding research project of Hunan Provincial Department of Education,this paper conducts a pilot study on what kind of similar materials are selected for the model test.The main research contents are:using water,quartz sand,The five raw materials of clay,gypsum and laundry liquid were formulated into 9 sets of cylindrical specimens based on orthogonal experimental design method;according to the model test similarity theory,the severe gamma,cohesive force c,and internal gravity of the IV,V grade tunnel surrounding rock Friction angle(p is used as a reference index for similar materials,and dimensional measurements,weighing tests,and conventional triaxial compression tests are performed on the specimens.The C language source program for experimental sensitivity analysis and regression analysis is developed based on Micrsoft Visual C++ 6.0 programming environment.Finally,adjust the ratio of materials and conduct repeated tests to obtain the formulation ratios that are more in line with the similar material requirements for Grade IV and V tunnel surrounding rocks.The test results show that the cohesion,internal friction angle and severity of the formulated materials meet the requirements for similar materials of Grade IV and V tunnel surrounding rocks;the sensitivity analysis shows that the factors(sand-sand ratio,gypsum content,detergent content and water content)are different.The influence of the level on the reference index of similar materials;the empirical equation between the reference factors of each factor and the similar material is obtained through regression analysis;the C language source program developed is based on the orthogonal experiment design sensitivity analysis and regression analysis method,and the realization process is simple and the analysis result is simple.Intuitive,saving the workload.The research results of the the laid laid the foundation for the follow-up study of the"rock tunnel grouting experimental study".The C language source program developed based on the Micrsoft Visual C++ 6.0 programming environment provides a new idea for the analysis of experimental results.In orthogonal experimental design.
