In recent years,some research results have been obtained on corrugated steel webs,however,compared with some developed countries abroad,the study on this type of structure started later,mainly reflected in the construction technology and technology,the main means of construction monitoring and external prestressing research.In this paper,Yuxi river bridge as the engineering research background,through the use of professional finite element software MIDAS/civil and MIDAS/FEA for the bridge to establish a simulated three-dimensional solid model and detailed structure analysis model,the construction,construction monitoring and external prestressing of PC girder bridge with corrugated steel webs in multi-box chamber are studied and analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The key points and difficulties in the construction of multi-box corrugated steel web continuous girder bridge are analyzed,Improve spatial positioning method of steel web,make it more practica,conform to the site construction conditions.At the same time,the detailed modeling and analysis of corrugated steel web structure are carried out by MIDAS/FEA software,Theoretical calculation of the steel web in the previous section of equal strength during the early installation of construction technology on the full bridge stress,linear influence,well meet the construction and design requirements,Under the condition of not affecting the structure construction safety,shorten the construction period.(2)By dynamically monitor that spatial stress of block zero,the theoretical stress variation values obtained by MIDAS/civil solid model analysis are compared,confirm whether the overall stress state of the construction process meets the requirements,the influence factors of stress were analyzed by data comparison,in case of deviation,after the construction process for appropriate correction,finally,the actual stress state of the bridge conforms to the design requirements.(3)Steel web as the main stress component,and its special stress characteristic,the longitudinal and vertical stresses of steel webs under various working conditions are monitored by corresponding monitoring methods,the theoretical stress values of corrugated steel webs under MIDAS/civil solid model calculation and analysis are compared,whether meet the design requirements.(4)The monitoring of the overall alignment of the whole bridge is similar to that of a common prestressed concrete girder bridge,by properly adjusting and correcting the deformation deviation in the actual monitoring process,consider that particularity of the stress on the steel web,the out-of-plane stiffness is low,in particular,the relative transverse distance of steel webs is monitored in this paper,comparative analysis whether meet the structural stress and design requirements.(5)In view of that particular structural form of the bridge,the unique cable structure in vitro was studied,the effects of various factors on the accurate localization of in vitro beam were studied,considering the influence of tensioning sequence on prestress,the finite element software MIDAS/civil is used for modeling and analysis,At the same time through the field test comparative study of prestressed loss.
