Box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of steel-concrete composite structure.It uses corrugated steel webs instead of traditional concrete webs,which has the advantages of light weight and high shear strength.The construction method of long span continuous girder bridge with corrugated steel webs still uses concrete continuous beam bridge for reference,and cantilever casting method is adopted.In the construction process,in order to meet the design requirements and ensure safety,it is necessary to carry out effective construction monitoring work.In this paper,a long-span continuous girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is taken as the research object,and the construction monitoring system and mechanical properties during the construction stage are systematically studied.This paper mainly uses the combination of numerical simulation and measured data,and carries out some theoretical analysis.The research contents and results are as follows:1)The calculation methods of static stiffness reduction and dynamic stiffness reduction are discussed;the mechanical characteristics of the continuous beam bridge with corrugated steel webs of the same span are compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that the corrugated steel web girder bridge has stronger span capacity and more reasonable section force,and has similar dynamic performance to the ordinary concrete beam bridge.2)The construction monitoring process and content of continuous girder bridge with corrugated steel webs are summarized in detail.The automatic acquisition system is used in the construction monitoring to obtain the complete monitoring data in the construction phase,which provides a reference for the construction supervision of the same bridge in the future.3)In order to study the temperature effect of hydration heat of concrete box girder zero block and find reasonable temperature control measures,based on the measured data of two zero box girders after pouring,the author uses finite element analysis software to simulate the hydration heat field of box girder after pouring,analyzes the influence of external temperature on the temperature field of hydration heat,and proposes a temperature control scheme using vertical reinforcement bellows as cooling pipe.4)The bridge vibration test is carried out in each construction stage.The finite element model is established to study the dynamic characteristics of bridge construction stage.It is concluded that the tension prestress does not affect the structural stability during the construction of the continuous girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.
