In recent years,with the sustained and rapid development of China’s transportation construction and the emergence of new materials and new technologies,there are many large-span bridges with complex structures and novel technologies in highway and railway projects.In these long-span bridges,corrugated steel webs box girder bridges appear more and more because of their own advantages.The construction technology of such bridges is much more difficult than the common bridges,and the construction quality and safety are difficult to guarantee.The implementation of construction monitoring in such bridges has become an effective means to ensure the quality and safety of construction,and the completion status of the bridge meets the design requirements.Based on the construction monitoring of a large-span corrugated steel webs box girder bridge in Inner Mongolia,the construction monitoring technology of corrugated steel webs box girder bridge is systematically studied and practiced.1.Summarize the structural characteristics of long-span corrugated steel webs box girder bridge and the significance,purpose and principle of construction monitoring of this type of bridge.This paper introduces the contents,methods and influencing factors of construction control,determines the construction monitoring scheme of this type of bridge,which can be popularized and applied in the construction monitoring of similar bridges.2.The construction monitoring method of long-span corrugated steel webs box girder bridge is studied,and the testing methods and technical suggestions for each monitoring item are provided.The layout of measuring points,testing instruments and technical requirements for key items such as stress,temperature and line type of main girder are explained in detail,which is of practical significance for similar bridges.3.Using MIDAS/Civil software to simulate and calculate the construction process of long-span corrugated steel web box girder bridge,carry on forward analysis and backward analysis,establish the bridge simulation model,the method is reliable,scientifically reflects the stress-strain state of the bridge structure,and correctly guides the smooth progress of the bridge construction.4.The construction monitoring system of long-span corrugated steel webs box girder bridge is established,and a large number of monitoring data such as line shape,stress and shear force are collected.Through the effective comparison and analysis of theoretical calculation results and monitoring data,the necessary regulation and control of construction are carried out,and the quality and safety of bridge construction process are proved to meet the requirements.The final results show that after the completion of the bridge construction,the comprehensive inspection system meets the requirements of design and related technical specifications,which proves that the construction monitoring method is scientific and feasible,and can be popularized and applied in the construction monitoring of similar bridges in the future.
