| Containers are an important carrier of logistics and transportation,which promotes the development of logistics and trade.In the process of transportation,if the supervision of the container is not easy to lead to a variety of security incidents,resulting in economic losses and adverse social impact,so the remote real-time monitoring of containers is very important.This paper combines sensor detection technology,satellite positioning technology,dynamic password authentication technology,video monitoring technology,wireless communication technology,and Web technology to research and design an intelligent container monitoring system.The main research content is as follows:(1)Research on overall plan of container monitoring systemAiming at the characteristics of large space,long transportation time,complicated transportation environment,and large number of stakeholders involved in the transportation process of containers,the overall system design including embedded container inspection equipment,wireless communication and B/S architecture monitoring platform is designed to meet the transportation process.The need for transportation supervision and security protection in China.(2)Research on Container Positioning and Distributed Environmental Monitoring TechnologyThe distributed temperature and humidity sensor based on RS485 bus was used to collect the temperature and humidity data in the container.The data communication protocol was Modbus.The alarm was detected after the abnormal temperature and humidity was detected.The Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning collected real-time information such as the position and running speed of the container.The real-time location of the container and the environment inside the container are monitored.(3)Research on the Safeguard Method of Containers in the Process of TransportationUsing dynamic password electronic locks combined with pyroelectric sensors to detect abnormal intrusions and other abnormal accidents,dynamic password electronic locks based on dynamic password authentication technology reduce risks such as key loss and password capture,and can also monitor unlocking operations and unlocking records to prevent containers.Was illegally out of the box.Temperature and humidity monitoring can detect environmental anomalies and alarms on fire,flooding and other accidents.Combine abnormal situation monitoring with video image acquisition to realize the recording of abnormal conditions and ensure the safety of containers in the process of logistics transportation.(4)Implementation of the communication scheme of the monitoring systemGPRS and 3 G communication are used to transmit data.Data is transmitted according to the data volume,geographical location,signal quality and bandwidth of the communication mode.If no data can be sent,the data is stored locally and transmitted when there are communication conditions.Greatly guarantee the reliability of communications.Finally simulate the container transportation environment to test the system’s various functions.The test shows that the system’s single-point positioning error is less than 5m,the temperature error is<1℃,the humidity error is<1%RH,and the dynamic password electronic lock is safe and reliable.The system can realize the illegal intrusion detection and Call the police.The communication gateway operates normally and the data transmission is reliable and stable.The functions of the system are stable and reliable,and the information management of container logistics transportation is well implemented.It has a certain application and promotion prospect in the logistics and transportation industry. |
