The Development Of The Substation Terminal Box Temperature Humidity Monitoring System

Terminal box’s temperature and humidity on the normal operation of substation equipment play a crucial role,so that the terminal box for real-time monitoring temperature and humidity is extremely necessary.Terminal box’s temperature and humidity readed by worker to the scene on time,this method not only bring operators of heavy repeat assignments and for the safety hidden danger of personal,lack of timeliness and terminal box temperature humidity data.In this paper,the wireless sensor network technology and virtual instrument technology is applied to the terminal box temperature humidity monitoring system is developed.Through the study of this paper make a terminal box temperature humidity monitoring more automation,thus reduce the burden of the operators in this respect.Through to the research of hardware and software,development on the comprehensive consideration of cost,wireless sensor network(WSN)part USES the Zigbee technology.Terminal box temperature humidity data processing part adopts short development cycle,multiple threads run in parallel and modular design Lab VIEW.Final design has access,display,storage,temperature humidity data of terminal box temperature humidity monitoring software.Through the experimental demonstration,Zig Bee wireless sensor network(WSN)parts of simple,reliable,flexible networking,terminal box temperature humidity data processing part stability need to be further improved.After improvement,the terminal box temperature humidity data processing part runs stably with good operability...
