| This paper analyzes the principles and criteria of energy-saving suitability evaluation for non-transparent envelope structures of near zero energy buildings by investigating the current research on technical characteristics and influencing factors of building suitability evaluation.According to the thermal performance index of non-transparent envelope in the national standard "design standard for nearly zero energy buildings",the thermal insulation technology system of non-transparent envelope in different climate zones is designed. For different parts of the building external wall with different thickness of the molding of polystyrene, graphite of polystyrene, polyurethane board, rock wool board and vacuum insulation board and other five kinds of insulation material and system thermal resistance, weather resistance,freezing-thawing resisting performance, impact resistance and fire experiment, through the simulation and experiment method for different climate zones of exterior wall thermal insulation technology region suitability related indicators analyzed; The evaluation system of energy-saving suitability of building envelope of near-zero energy consumption in different climate zones is established by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and four levels are set, among which the first-level index layer is technical(B1)and economic(B2).The Delphi expert consulting method is used to calculate the weight of indexes of different levels in the suitability evaluation system. In order to improve the accuracy, this paper further corrects the weight by combining with the data analysis of simulation and experiment, and finally determines the suitability evaluation index system.According to the analysis of the evaluation system,it is suggested that the graphite polystyrene board external insulation thin plastering system should be adopted in the cold area, the molded polystyrene board or graphite polystyrene board thin plastering system should be adopted in the cold area, and the heat preservation and insulation integration system should be adopted in the hot area in summer and cold area in winter. This study provides a reference for the design of non-transparent envelope of near-zero energy buildings. |
