Fatigue driving is one of the main causes of automobile accidents.Preventing fatigue driving can effectively reduce the incidence of automobile accidents.However,due to technical constraints and increased vehicle costs and other reasons,fatigue driving early warning equipment has not been widely used in domestic cars.In this paper,with reference to the current domestic and international fatigue driving warning technology and applicable models,the design scheme of Fatigue Driving Alarm System(Shorter form FDAS)suitable for mid-to-high-end family car configuration is put forward,and its feasibility is verified by simple physical operation.This paper first studies the factors that cause driver fatigue,then analyzes the physiological characteristics of driver in fatigue and the operating state of the car,and then puts forward a new fatigue driving warning system.Its working mechanism is to analyze the characteristics of the driver's head weight and right foot stiffness when he is in a state of fatigue,and determine that the driver is in a state of fatigue driving,and then the sensor and CAN(Controller Area Network)data are used as input signals,and the single chip computer is used for calculation and analysis.Then through the sound and head pillow machinery,such as the development of components,timely remind the driver,so as to achieve the purpose of fatigue driving warning.Firstly,the paper designs the overall design scheme of FDAS,and develops the idea from the point of view of easy popularization to medium and high-grade automobile design.The overall design purpose of FDAS is based on the principles of practicability,reliability and affinity.Then on the input signal selection,the CAN bus speed data which is easy to obtain and the new driver's head position are selected to determine whether the driver is in fatigue state.Finally,voice alert and mechanical alert are used in the output to arouse the driver as much as possible,so as to achieve the goal of safe driving.
