| Project management is the most effective way to solve the existing problems in management and has been used in other industries for many years.The embedded projects all use project management to solve the problems in management and need to solve the problem of how to ensure the product quality under the tight schedule Problems,the particularity of the industry project determines the need for project management.How to solve the management problems encountered in the development of embedded systems through scientific project management is an urgent problem to be solved.IVI is a automotive electronics product development project that involves the coordinated development of software,hardware and infrastructure.It is of great significance to carry out project management in the development of IVI project because of the difficulty of project development,high development risk,short development time and high requirements on the quality of delivered products.In this paper,IVI development project background,the use of project management methods and techniques in the development process,mainly completed the following work:(1)Starting from the progress management of in-vehicle infotainment system development,the work structure of the project is first decomposed during the development process,and the main activities of each development stage are determined according to the project decomposition.The project activities are sorted by the project main activity definition table and the project development process.Using analogy and expert evaluation,the activity is estimated and a detailed schedule is developed.Second,the project development process using regular progress checks and software tools to control the progress of the process,and analyze,adjust and remedy the delay in the progress of the issue and ultimately ensure the progress of the smooth completion.(2)In the quality management of in-vehicle infotainment system development,in order to ensure the realization of quality objectives,we must first develop quality planning in every stage of product development and carry out quality assurance work in each stage of development.Second,strict quality control of software,hardware,and structure is required at each stage of development,including adherence to the review and censorship system,the use of software testing to test and verify the quality of the software,and the use of various reliability devices to detect whether the product Achieve the automotive electronic product quality requirements,and use the relevant industry quality management tools for quality measurement and control.I hope this article can provide some reference for the research of embedded systems development project management. |
