Flexible cylinder shell is an important parts of large rocket and other space gun,supporting its internal instrument,many instruments need to be connected with the shell to maintain the relative position.The error of the shape of the flexible cylinder shell and the location error of the drilling hole on the shell can have a direct influence on the performance of the whole system.At present,the measurement and positioning drilling of flexible cylinder shell can only be finished by hand of workers,the low precision resulting in internal instrument interference and the low processing efficiency are the disadvantages of finished by hand.Therefore,it is important to research and design a machining system that can measure,scribe and drill the flexible cylinder shell automatically to improve the machining efficiency and improve the machining precision.To solve the problem of measuring and locating the drilling of a flexible cylinder shell with the diameter of 500mm to 2000mm,this paper design and create a mechanical which is the combination of the mechanical arm and the rotary platform and make the analysis of it.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the development status of the mechanical arm technology and the measuring technology,the program of flexible cylinder shell machining system combining the mechanical arm with the rotary platform is designed.After Collecting and sorting out the information of the existing mechanical arm,slewing platform,motor,slide and other equipment in the market,the program bought component is determined.(2)Combined with the system is expected to achieve the function and purchased parts of the interface size and performance information to complete the connector,Complete the design of Carrying trolley,Mechanical arm pillar,Work piece pallet and other parts.Based on SolidWorks modeling software and CAXA software,3D modeling and virtual assembly of machining system are completed.And calculate the important parts of the design.(3)Taking the flexible cylinder machining system as the research object,using ADAMS and Matlab software,analysis the movement of mechanical arm,the design in the different size of work piece machining movement,determine mechanical arm base on different position when processing range,clamping tools and mechanical arm movement to the wall at any position in the work piece.Analyze the deformation of the model by using ANSYS,calculation of flexible cylindrical work pieces deformation of the work piece and fixture bracket,verifying the rationality of the structure of the machining system tray.(4)Complete the design of the mechanical part of the system,part of the mechanical parts,robots,purchased parts tested to verify the feasibility of machining system,and make the conclusion that the machining system is feasible.
