Superlift device is the most important part of crawler crane,mainly used in the crane of large tonnage(400 tons or the superior),and it has a great influence on the crane lifting capacity and lifting range.Through finite element simulation analysis of the superlift of crawler crane in the dangerous working condition,and optimization design and analysis of reliability,to meet the structural strength,stiffness and reliability conditions,it simplifies the structure,reduces the weight and probability of structural failure.In this paper,taking a certain type of crawler crane superlift counterweight structure as the research object,the following work is carried out:(1)The design of the overall structural parameters of the superlift.According to the moving range and the geometry condition,the objective function and the constraint conditions are established,and the overall structural parameters of the superlift is calculated based on optimization algorithm in MATLAB toolbox.Moreover,the design of the section parameters of superlift.Based on the mechanical model,considering the strength,stiffness and stability of the superlift,the section parameters of superlift are calculated.(2)The static strength analysis of the superlift.Under the condition of no influencing on the accuracy of the superlift of a crawler crane,the geometric characteristic parameters of the main components of the superlift are extracted and the APDL language of ANSYS is used for parametric modeling.The finite element analysis and calculation of the superlift,mainly includes the strength and stiffness analysis of the superlift.(3)Optimization design of superlift.To meet the strength and stiffness conditions,regardding the total weight of superlift as the target,optimizing the section size and shape,it can achieve the reasonable size of the optimization conditions and the purpose of reducing cost.(4)Reliability analysis of superlift.Considering the safety evaluation of crane metal structure,combined with the reliability analysis method and theory,based on Monte Carlo method and the finite element technology,reliability analysis is realized.
