The domestic and international research present condition of forklift trucks were introduced in this thesis, and base on this, a problem of forklift's industry was advanced, namely improving quality of product and reducing cost was key problem that improve competitive power of forklift's industry. Base on this key problem, the steering-bridge and counterweight, the component of horizontal style oil cylinder steering-bridge of the YCC30D diesel counterweight forklift truck that Guilin Yuchai Engineering Machinery Co. Ltd. designed was analysis and research. With using structural analysis software-ANSYS, static analysis mode analysis spectrum analysis and optimization were performed to horizontal style oil cylinder steering-bridge of the YCC30D diesel counterweight forklift truck. Optimization structure was advanced. And in order to testify the validity of optimization structure, static and dynamic finite element analysis was carried out to optimization structure and analytical results were compared. In order to reduce more cost of forklift trucks, a new design of manufacturing forklift's counterweight was discussed and tried. The main research conclusions are listed...
