Research On Progress Management Of NSY Urban Commercial Square Construction Project

In recent years,with the adjustment and upgrading of China's industrial structure,there are the following phenomena occurred:the consumption capacity of residents has been continuously released,commercial real estate projects across the country are booming,and the modern commercial real estate construction projects setting large-scale and functional diversification as one have sprung up.Because of the characteristics of its complex,the construction difficulty is increasing.Each construction unit begins to explore the schedule management method for the project in order to better realize the project time limit.This paper conducts research on progress management of NSY urban commercial square construction project,which mainly successfully completed the basic objectives in the contract period while in order to meet the construction requirements of quality,safety,environmental protection and economy.In the process of research,this paper uses more commonly used and mature technical methods to expound the basic theory of project schedule management,the using method of basic tools and their advantages and disadvantages through literature research;According to the general situation of NSY urban commercial square construction project,combined with the summary of job-site survey relevant data to format project schedule and formulation of schedule control implementation plan,which includes the WBS task decomposition,Gantt chart and network plan compilation,critical path extraction,project schedule optimization;In the stage of implementing schedule plan control,this paper focuses on the five key progress control nodes identified in the project to collect the project construction progress information,and finally forms the project progress report.Through Gantt chart for the comparison of the actual construction progress and the planned construction progress of the project,this paper analyzes the measures and methods that should be taken in different situations,and adjusts the progress deviation of the project.In the construction process of NSY urban commercial square project,by using project schedule management of the technical approach to the project construction progress of scientific and effective management,is a specific application of combining theory and practice.At the same time,it is also verified that the mature project schedule management method can be effectively applied to the commercial real estate construction projects.In turn,the project research is also provided with more powerful reference for the development and innovation of the project management methods.
