In today’s globalization,competition among enterprises is not only focused on product technology competition,but also on competition in human resources.The competition of human resources includes many aspects.Among them,the compensation system plays an important role in the competition.With the constant changes of the economic environment and the rapid development of enterprises,the compensation system of enterprises also needs constant changes,and the goals of the enterprise and the employees The close implementation of action implementation ultimately promotes the rational distribution of business and employee and social benefits.Research shows that compensation management plays an important role in enterprise human resources,and a scientific and rigorous salary system is also essential in enterprise development.With the development of the company,how to maintain excellent employees by establishing a reasonable salary system,and to stimulate the potential of employees,and to attract better talents,is the current competition between enterprises.Therefore,establishing a compensation system that meets the company’s rapid development and strategic needs is the key to this paper.D Port Railway Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Group D.It is the core unit of the Group’s logistics sector and the link between the national railway and the relevant terminal companies of the Group.Through comprehensive and in-depth insight and analysis of the original salary system of D Port Railway Company,this paper finds the problems existing in the current D-port railway company salary system in the process of analysis,and studies its fairness,incentive and salary structure.It has changed it and proposed a set of compensation system that is more suitable for the development of the company.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new compensation system plan,the implementation of the safeguard measures was also proposed for this program.This program can also provide reference for the compensation system of similar enterprises.Of course,this program may have shortcomings,and it needs further research and discussion in future practice.
