Projects post-evaluation is a key link in the life cycle management of construction projects, which is not only an objective understanding and scientific summary of the project, but also an effective reference for future investment and guidance. However, the problems such as the unscientific establishment of post-evaluation indexes and the disunity of comprehensive evaluation methods are outstanding,so the post-evaluation of power grid investment projects is made it is necessary to modify and improve the model. On the basis of a lot of literature research and work investigation, and combining the principles of project characteristics and index system, this paper integrates the existing index system, optimization, focus on solving the problem of duplication of index content and the disunity of index granularity.Through the advantages and disadvantages analysis and comparison method,in the complicated and numerous post-evaluation methods, the method suitable for the post-evaluation of power grid investment projects is determined, that is,based on the analytic hierarchy process fuzzy synthesis evaluation method. At the same time, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, the paper puts forward the idea of weight correction aiming at the relatively large granularity deviation index,so that the three-level indexes are important to the general goal the degree can be objectively reacted, thus ensuring the accuracy of the evaluation. This paper puts forward ideas and methods to improve and perfect the index system and evaluation model of post-project evaluation, and ensure the accuracy of post-evaluation results of power grid investment projects, science is of great practical significance.
