As a common fluid machine,high-speed pump has the advantages of single machine high lift,compact structure,convenient maintenance and high reliability.It is widely used in petrochemical,aerospace and other fields.Due to the special nature of its high-speed operation,high-speed pumps need to have an accurate grasp of the operating conditions to avoid unnecessary losses caused by abnormal faults.At present,the judgment of the working conditions of the high-speed pump is mostly based on empirical analysis and relies on manual interval meter reading.This not only exacerbates the input of manpower and material resources,but also inconveniences the evaluation of the specific time period of the operation of the high-speed pump.With the development of the Internet of Things technology,it is imperative to realize remote monitoring of the operating state of high-speed pumps.In this paper,the cantilever high-speed pump test bench is taken as the research object.By analyzing the operation of the high-speed pump,the following research is mainly done.Firstly,according to the structure and operation process characteristics of high-speed pump,the important parameters in the operation process of high-speed pump are analyzed,and the operating conditions under the influence of each parameter are analyzed and introduced.According to the functional requirements of high-speed pump monitoring parameters,the acquisition module of low-frequency state signal and high-frequency vibration signal is designed for different signal characteristics,and the data is transmitted to the server side remotely through wireless technology to realize the data of high-speed pump.Capture and remote display work.Then,according to the characteristics of the high-speed pump running signal,the extraction of the characteristic signals related to the operating conditions of the high-speed pump is summarized and realized.Based on the obtained characteristics of performance parameters,based on the least squares method,the running characteristic curve of the high-speed pump is fitted and analyzed.Finally,in order to further analyze the relationship between the operating state and the operating parameters,the extracted high-speed pump feature quantity is input,and based on the neural network model,the pressure and vibration of the high-speed pump are predicted respectively,and the operating conditions are reversely recognized.The models have achieved good expected results.The remote monitoring system designed in this paper has already completed the test work on the high-speed pump test bench.The test results show that the system realizes the collection and remote monitoring of the state parameters and vibration characteristics during the operation of the high-speed pump.At the same time,the analysis of the operating conditions based on the acquisition parameters is completed,which is important for the monitoring and analysis of the working conditions of the high-speed pump.Engineering value.
