Remote deformation monitoring is increasingly demanded in building construction or operation. Engineers and researchers committed to improving the timeliness, accuracy and reliability of the data, so as to equip deformation law and guarantee the safety engineering.In this dissertation, using our own designed hardware working principle and structure characteristics, we proposed monitoring system method of data collection and dissemination based on cloud server and combined with Client/Server (C/S) and Browser/Server (B/S) communication structure. It is respectively used by C# language, ASP.NET technology and Android technology to develop data acquisition server, web servers and mobile clients. Furthermore, the system’s remote, real-time, continuous, safe and high accuracy has be verified by installing, commissioning and testing. The main contents are as follows:1. By studying current common remote monitoring software and operating environment at home and abroad, an aliyun based monitoring system has been presented.2. By combining Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Winsock interface communication technology and database technology, the settlement monitoring server program was established. Between the server software and acquisition device, it implements reliable data transmission and real-time storage.3. Based on ASP.NET technology, monitoring system web server software is developed, including user login management, real-time monitoring settlement data query, monitoring data sheet processing.4. The monitoring system for mobile client application is established by Android technology. Monitoring data packaged into Json form, so the application can be received by using Http communication. With AchartEngine drawing tools, it is able to graph a line chart of monitoring data.5. For testing the hardware and software features of the system, the overall performance test has been done. And the result is showed that the system’s high stability and security.
